6 months warranty and free replacement of candidate
What to do if the hired specialist did not pass the probationary period? The number of replacements and the duration of the warranty period can be reduced or increased. But, the standard warranty period for line positions is 3 months, for top management positions, as well as business assistants and family office managers — 6 months.
