6 months warranty and free replacement of candidate
What do we do if the hired specialist did not pass the probation period? We find a replacement.
Number of replacements and warranty period can be reduced or increased. But, the standard warranty period for line positions is 3 months, for top management positions, as well as business assistants and family office managers — 6 months.
